Nasi Lemak is a very interesting dish :P Just to politically correct your tags, nasi lemak isn't solely a 'Singaporean' dish, since it is widely eaten and prepared as well in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and some parts of Thailand. I'd suggest your tag to be 'Malay dish'
